Morning Blueberry Smoothie…
Now you can make any Smoothie you want but one that I like to do has Blueberries in it.
½ Cup Blueberries
½ Cup Chopped Frozen Banana
½ Cup Pomegranate Juice (not POM)
¼ Cup of Soya Yoghurt
1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
Blend all of these together and eat straight away. This smoothie is full of antioxidants and tastes really good…
Soy Bean Leftover Soup…
I always find that Soya Beans fill me up so much that I end up with some left over. All I do to make this nice light soup is add the Soya Beans to some vegetable stock there is no need for onion or other Vegetables as you would have used garlic on the beans before… Now my top tip here is add a little more stock than you would if it was another soup, the reason for this is when you blend the soup the beans will make the soup very thick. I have served this soup with French toast or for those of you in America “freedom toast”. (sorry bad joke)
