So I've been looking at the Nike+ kit and I've been wanting to get the Spot's Band for some time but haven't liked the thought of having to buy Nike shoes so when I can across these.
I thought I would give it a try and see how it works out. According to the instructions on the Amazon website it works because it sits in the same place as the Nike sports shoe but on the top of your foot. You thread it behind your laces and then lock it into place.

I'm going to have to wait till the middle of next week for it to comes but I will let you know how it works out.
