Vegan Marshmallows are one of the things that cost the earth and are really hard to get in the UK. I've always thought it's something that should be easy to make myself, but until now I haven't found a recipe or website that could point me in the right direction.

Please note I said until now. I came across this great open-sourse blog called Vegan Marshmallows (click to go to link). I've yet to try it myself but the recipes look really workable.
