This has to be one of the best Cupcake books on the market... Shame not one of the recipes are Vegan. One thing I have learned is that should never stop you from picking up a cookbook and then Veganising all of them for your own pleasure.

One of the things I love about trips to NYC is cheesecake and Oreos. The first I've never found Vegan in New York the second is always Vegan in the US. So I went off to Vx in London and got some Oreo 'style' Vegan cookies and went ahead and Veganised Martha's Oreo Cookie Mini Cheesecakes.

Well they worked out great... so off I go to eat loads....
