So I have now done my City & Guilds Certificate Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering. The course only took an afternoon to do and although was interesting it was very targeted to dealing with Meat (aka Hight Risk Foods). I would have liked to have done more about lower risk foods and non Meat products. Maybe one day they may come up with a new course.
So it's onwards and upwards with my backing. I have at this moment a batch of double chocolate brownies in the oven. These are just treats for Baz to take to work if they come out ok.
Next up is a batch of Coconut Blondies for anyone who would like them. These are one of my tried and tested Blondies so I'm just knocking these out later.
