So after a weekend off feeling sick with a cold I had to come home from work today. I haven’t felt this ill in a long time (and it was nothing to do with my M.E) everyone I know has a cold and have been sniffing around me for the last two weeks.

But even though I’m off to bed to get some rest I thought I would post some photos of Alissa’s Calzone that I made yesterday…

It’s really good as it will feed up to 4 people or keep one person going for a few days…
