We spent Sunday Lunchtime down at Pogo Cafe in Hackney, London. 

Sunday lunch is normally a couple of specials, this week was a 'Big Breakfast' or a 'Little Breakfast'. We being bears of a portly nature we went for the full phake breakfast with beans, sausage, bacon, scrambled tofu and toast. Not forgetting the best thing in Pogo a 'soya ice-cream non-milk shake', Baz has Raspberry and I had Chocolate... One of the best shakes in the world...
