Vegan Cheese Cake Ice-cream

1 x tub of Original Tofutti Creamy Smooth Cream Cheese
1 x carton Soyatoo Soya Topping Cream
2 x tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 x Vanilla Pod (seeds only)
1 x tbsp organic sugar

Blend all ingredients together till you get a smooth mix. Add the smooth mix to the Ice-cream machine and follow the instructions for the machine.

** Add stem ginger and some ginger bread chunks to make a seasonal snack, would be nice after a Yule dinner with some spiced Apples

** Add the juice and zest of a lemon to make a zesty lemon cheesecake ice-cream
