Here is how the mix once blended looks. It is a very sticky mix and it's quite hard to work with but I think in the end it will be well worth it.


Once the mix is smooth I used an icecream scoop to portion out the cookie mix. Once on the grease proof sheet i use some clear food wrap over the top so I could push them down and not have finger prints on them. I think they look very nice and I can only just wait the 24 hours till they are ready...
