Brunch:
Green Smoothie
2 Bananas
1 Avocado
1 Bag of Baby Spinach (about 8 cups)
4 cups of Apple Juice
I like my smoothies nice and thick so if you like yours thinner then add more juice.
Dinner:
Mock Tuna Wraps with Coleslaw…

Snack:
1 Apple
1 cup seedless Grapes

Your smoothie looks very funny, is it sweet or more like a vegetable juice? Could I use frozen spinach leaves instead? I always wanted to try one of the green smoothies...
I wouldn't use frozen spinach as it is cooked a little before its frozen.
It is sweetish but really nice.
