I thought I would do a little feed back posting one year on from the start of my treatment for M.E/C.F.S, today I had my last appointment with the research nurse on my trial.

A few things that I thought I would pass on was my resting heart beat was 67 bpm and my walking test was almost normal and I also had to do a step test and over the year i can do the test 20 seconds quicker.

I'm not sure if to you this will seem like much but if you look back over my postings last year I was starting to get really ill.

By mid December last year I was signed off from work for almost 3 months, todays tests have just shown to me that I have moved forward and maybe I was starting to get better.

I know that over the last few months of improvement in my diet have helped with both my improvement in health and fitness. Drinking green smoothies and eating more raw is now a really important part to my recovery.

What way forward now?

Well I have an appointment with the specialist doctor in two weeks time to look at how I will be treated in the months to come, my feelings on the matter is that I will have to keep an eye on my energy levels over Christmas and the coming months to make sure I don't over do it all but apart from that I should be fine. I will try to strive to be as raw as posable and to improve my health as much as I can.

I will from time to time post about how I feel but for now my M.E is a thing of the past, I still have it but it's no longer a main part of my life as it has been for almost two years now...
