So today I had to go to the doctors to have them look at my back after my accident at work on Monday. I was lifting a box of books when a pile of boxes next to where I was working fell on me. The stack of boxes shouldn't have been there and I was not at fault.

So I have been put on lots of drugs and told to take it easy for the next week and if it's no better then I should go back and they will sign me off for more time.

So here I am writing a little today but planning to go to bed now and rest, so until tomorrow...
