Day 12 of being Raw...

So today is my day off and one of the most important days of the week... Today is shopping and planning day for the week, so it's off to Asda tonight to pick up some fresh food.

Asda is part of the Walmart group and I would have to say normally I would never go there in a million years, but I have to say after trying all the major supermarkets the vegetables and indeed everything we have bought from them have stayed fresh for over a week.

As money is short at the moment so this is now one of the most important parts of shopping...
