As you can see it was a sunny day with lots of people around having fun.

I hope that next year I will be one of the many people running to help put trees in our cities and make them greener for our next generation.

I did go for a walk/run this morning but I discovered that my injury is still not as giving me a bit of trouble. I walked slower than I did before I fell and hurt myself over 3 weeks ago.

As my friend said I'm just going to have to take it slowly and build it up. I may go for a swim tomorrow and see how that feels.
