So I had to go to see my G.P yesterday, I had spent another bad night with pains in my groin from Tuesdays accident. SHe told me that I had bi lateral tearing of my muscles and possibly damage to my tendons.
No gym for 2-3 weeks and I have to take the walking easy, no running till I get better. I've been told to take painkillers and anti inflammatory's to ease the pain.
I've spent best part of the last hour writing my account of what happened on Tuesday and the days that followed ready to send off to Tesco's H.O.
I'm just really upset about it all and have made it clear to them that I will be taking the matter further until they do something about the walkway.
