So I've been off work for a week on holiday, though I haven't really left my flat for a week (apart from the trip to Brighton) I have been trying to rest up and hopefully repair my muscles in my legs.
For the best part this has worked, but after a 8 1/2 hour shift back at work today I'm now in as much pain as I was before I had the week off. So it's back to the physiotherapist next Wednesday for some more treatment.
I'm so longing to start running and going to the gym but I was clearly told to not over do it. I just wish I hadn't slipped that day four weeks ago.
