Today I'm going to make sweet potato lasagna, so expect so photos in the week...

I also have a baked Vegan potato and soy cream bake to post up for you to see, it was so good we could have had it twice over...

Other things I have planed for this week is stuffed Nan bread and a curry dipping sauce.
