So its now been a week off work and I'm sad to say the doctor has given me another 10 days... I know that some of you would love to have this time off but I can't really do very much at the moment apart from lay on the sofa and watch T.V.

I find reading and even using my P.C hurts my back to much, but with any luck the new tablets that the doc has given me will at least let me get a good nights sleep...

One nice thing today is that as it's so windy (gusts of up to 70 miles per hour) the sun is out and I have the blinds and window open... But they are saying rain for the next 5 to 6 days...
